Payment Options
First, Second and Third Year Classes – September, 2007 to June, 2008

___A. Full payment: $3,800 (per year) due August 1, 2007
___B. Installment Plan: Pay in 3 installments $1,350 each.(interest included)
Please submit credit card number. Installment of $1,350.00 due August 1st 2007, November 1st 2007 and January 1st, 2008. (The installment dates differ from the actual class sessons)

*Payment is for the full program year, not individual sessions. No refunds will be given for missed classes. However, classes may be made up during the following year’s sessions.

* Withdrawal from this program is accomplished through submitting written notice to the administration and is effective upon the administration’s receipt of this notice. The student has a right to a full refund of all charges less the $50.00 non-refundable registration fee if he/she cancels this agreement prior to the first day of instruction. In addition, the student may withdraw from the class after instruction has started and receive a 50% tuition refund if the student has completed no more than three sessions of instruction. (Once the November class is completed, which is the third session, there will be no refunds.)
